514 Victoria Street to Provide Much-Needed Housing Options to Historic Town

A 2011 fire destroyed the historic Kerr building in downtown Nelson, highlighting the need for new housing in the town. JIM is working on a new 48-unit apartment building with a range of studio to 2-bedroom units that should help address those needs. The project is slated for construction in 2019.
